Excalibur’s Quill illuminated Carbon arrows are designed specifically for use with Excalibur Twinstrike and Micro Series Crossbows.  This ensures the best possible accuracy while using both fixed and mechanical broadheads.  These 16.5" Quill carbon arrows come equipped with Excalibur's Beacon illuminated nock that have been professionally installed. The Beacon is activated by the accelerative force placed on it when shot from a crossbow.  The lighted insert aids the shooter by providing an illuminated path to the target and will assist in arrow location. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.   Please go to your Purchase History and click on the item you wish to return.  Click the Return Item or Exchange Item button .  Please package your item so it does not get damaged in return shipping.  You will be issued a return shipping label, free of charge! Please make sure that if your package was shipped First-Class mail, that the item is returned First-Class mail and not Priority Mail.  Once we receive the item, the item will be inspected before proceeding with the refund.  Refunds are processed by Pricetronic and can take 3-5 business days to show back on your account.  Refunds are charged back to the original payment method.  It is that easy! Items must be returned in new, unopened and in unused condition with all original materials and paperwork included with the shipment.  If for any reason any materials are left from your return or the item being returned is damaged (by fault of the buyer), we have the right (at our discretion) to keep 20-50% of your refund.  If an item being returned has been opened, we the seller have the right to keep 20% of the buyer’s refund as a restocking fee.  Open packaging is no longer considered a “New and Unopened” item. SHIPPING POLICY If your item is purchased and paid for by 3:30 pm EST , your order will be processed and shipped same day.  Any item purchased after the stated time will ship next day, unless it falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.  At that time, your item will ship that coming Monday.  Items purchased during a holiday will ship on our next open day of business. All items are shipped via the US postal system unless stated in the listing.  If we find that an item can be shipped at a less expensive rate, we have the right to change the shipper and will notify the buyer with a tracking number. We the seller do not set the “Guaranteed” delivery date.  This is set by Pricetronic.  If your package does not arrive at the set delivery date, please contact Pricetronic. Also, if your package says it is “delivered” and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office along with your carrier.  In most cases, the package has been delivered to the wrong address.  The post office can track the package’s tracking number barcode. PAYMENT POLICY All credit card, debit card, and PayPal payments are processed by Pricetronic.  Return credits are also processed by Pricetronic and can take 3-5 business days to process and show back on your account.  Refunds can only be returned to the original form of payment.
